Sneaky Sasquatch Gets Crossover with Subway Surfers+ and Birdwatching Update on Apple Arcade

Apple announced today that Sneaky Sasquatch, a popular game on Apple Arcade, is getting an exciting crossover with Subway Surfers+ and a new birdwatching update. The crossover event, which starts today and runs through October 7, transforms the world of Subway Surfers+ with elements from Sneaky Sasquatch, including character skins, hoverboards, and a reimagined level inspired by Sasquatch Valley locations. Players can unlock four character skins and two unique hoverboards, with raccoon coins replacing the classic gold ones and the security guard appearing in a ranger disguise.

Additionally, a major update featuring birdwatching will be available on September 17. This update introduces more than 30 species of birds into the game's world, allowing players to spot, snap, and log birds to earn rewards. Photos are graded based on composition and subject quality, with bonuses for rare sightings and multi-bird shots.

Alex Rofman, Apple’s senior director of Apple Arcade, highlighted the game's popularity and the passionate community it has built since its launch. He emphasized that these updates are part of ongoing efforts to keep the game engaging and fun for players.

In celebration of Sneaky Sasquatch’s birthday, all-new Messages stickers featuring 11 festive designs are now available. These stickers join the previously released pack featuring silly expressions and campground shenanigans.

Apple Arcade is available for $6.99 per month with a one-month free trial. Customers who purchase a new iPhone, iPad, Mac, or Apple TV receive three months of Apple Arcade for free. The service is also part of Apple One’s Individual ($19.95), Family ($27.95), and Premier ($39.95) plans, each offering a one-month free trial.
