On Friday, September 18, 2026, Apple debuted the iPhone 18 Pro and iPhone 18 Pro Max, alongside the Apple Watch Series 12, Apple Watch Ultra 4, and AirPods 5 at Apple Store locations around the world. Customers celebrated the arrival of these new products, with Apple team members offering hands-on demos, personalized shopping assistance, and introductions to each device.
Shoppers can explore the new lineup in person, online at apple.com, or through the Apple Store app. Apple Specialists are available to assist customers with trading in old devices through Apple Trade In, exploring financing options with Apple Card, upgrading annually with Apple Upgrade, or taking advantage of carrier deals. Additionally, Personal Setup is available to help customers set up their new devices.
