NVIDIA Unveils RTX Spark PCs and Local AI Enhancements at IFA 2026
NVIDIA announced new RTX Spark Windows PCs and enhancements to local AI support at IFA 2026, including faster inference and a Personal AI Router tool.
At IFA 2026, NVIDIA unveiled several advancements in local AI and new hardware offerings. The company introduced NVIDIA PAIR, a Personal AI Router tool designed to distribute AI inference across multiple RTX PCs on a local network, making it easier and faster to run AI agents. Additionally, NVIDIA announced simplified local AI support for NVIDIA GPUs in Hermes Agent, OpenClaw, and Perplexity Portable Computer, with optimizations for llama.cpp and vLLM that can boost inference speeds by up to 1.9x.
NVIDIA also showcased the upcoming RTX Spark Windows PCs, set to launch in October 2026. These PCs feature a powerful 1 Petaflop RTX Blackwell GPU, up to 128GB of unified memory, and a 20-core Grace CPU, providing high performance and efficiency for creators, gamers, and AI enthusiasts. OEMs such as Acer and Lenovo have already announced their compact desktop and 2-in-1 designs for RTX Spark.
The new RTX Spark PCs are designed to work seamlessly with the Windows Agent framework, enabling secure and efficient background operation of AI agents under OS-level control. NVIDIA RTX Spark is also gaining support from major game publishers like Electronic Arts, Embark, Ubisoft, KRAFTON, NetEase, Riot Games, and XBOX, ensuring a robust ecosystem for gaming and AI applications.
