At Dreamforce, NVIDIA and Salesforce announced Koa, a CRM reasoning model for Agentforce, built on NVIDIA Nemotron 3 Super and trained on 27 years of Salesforce CRM data. The model runs entirely within Salesforce’s infrastructure, with no customer data used during training or inference.
NVIDIA founder and CEO Jensen Huang joined Salesforce CEO Marc Benioff onstage to discuss the significance of Koa. Huang emphasized the importance of AI safety, stating that safety is an engineering problem and should be a priority in product development.
Huang also shared his vision for the future of AI, noting that every company, enterprise, and country will become an AI company. He encouraged engagement with AI to avoid being left behind.
Salesforce was able to fine-tune and run the model within its own infrastructure due to the open nature of NVIDIA Nemotron. This collaboration highlights the potential of AI to enhance CRM capabilities and drive innovation in enterprise solutions.
