Google has announced Gemini 4 Argon, a new frontier model designed to deliver high performance in complex workflows across software engineering, enterprise knowledge work such as legal and finance, and cybersecurity defense. The model is being rolled out to a set of trusted cyber defenders through the Fairwind Program. Gemini 4 Argon is built to sustain deep reasoning across long-horizon workflows and is expected to be available to developers, enterprises, and consumers in the future. The introductory price for the model is $2 per million input tokens and $10 per million output tokens, with cached input tokens priced at 95% off the input token price. After the introductory period, the price will increase to $4 per million input tokens and $20 per million output tokens.
