• Expensive at scale — per-seat pricing across a large org adds up, and the free tier's message-history limit pushes you to pay.
• Search degrades with very large message histories, exactly when you need it most.

Who should use it

Remote teams, corporate environments and open-source communities that need a searchable, integrated communication hub. The tool rewards teams that set notification norms early; without them, it becomes the thing preventing focused work.
